Tray return top shelf trash receptacle cabinet is all high pressure plastic laminate over plywood core material with solid surface top and solid surface 12" diameter opening that directs waste into 32 gallon roll-away rigid plastic liners on casters (included). Cabinet casters also included to make entire trash receptacle easy to move for floor cleaning. Made in the United States.
